These Terms & Conditions apply to your use of www.quikrev.com and to products and services you buy from Quikr EV (“Quikr”, “we”, “us”). By using the website or placing an order, you agree to them.
If you do not agree, please do not use the website or place an order.
02Our products and services
We supply EV chargers and accessories, installation and maintenance services, charging management software (Quikr CPMS) and access to the Quikr Network.
Descriptions, images and specifications on this website are indicative. The final specification, scope and price are set out in your written quote or order confirmation.
03Quotes and orders
- A quote is valid for the period stated on it.
- An order is accepted when we send a written order confirmation or start work.
- Prices are shown in the currency on your quote and exclude VAT unless stated.
- We may correct an obvious pricing or specification error before accepting an order.
04Payment
Payment terms are set out in your quote. Unless we agree otherwise, we may ask for a deposit before ordering equipment or starting work, with the balance due at the milestones stated.
Equipment stays our property until it has been paid for in full. We may pause services on overdue amounts.
05Delivery and installation
Delivery dates are estimates. Installation depends on a site survey, a suitable electrical supply and any approvals needed from your landlord, building management or utility.
You agree to give us safe access to the site and accurate information. Extra work caused by conditions that were not visible at the survey may be quoted separately.
06Warranty
Products carry the manufacturer’s warranty, and our installation work carries the workmanship warranty, described in your quote or product documents.
Warranty does not cover misuse, unauthorised changes, damage from events outside the installation such as power surges, or lack of maintenance where we gave instructions. Returns are covered by our Return & Refund Policy.
07Software and the Quikr Network
Use of Quikr CPMS, our apps and the Quikr Network is also subject to the plan terms agreed with you. Keep your login details secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.
Charging sessions are priced as shown in the app when you start. We do not guarantee that a charger is available at all times, and we may suspend access for misuse or non-payment.
08Acceptable use
When you use our website or services, you agree not to:
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or other users’ accounts
- interfere with the website, chargers or network, or place an unreasonable load on them
- copy or reuse our content for commercial purposes without permission
- send unlawful, misleading or harmful information
09Intellectual property
The Quikr name, logo, website content and software belong to us or our licensors. We give you a limited, non-exclusive right to use the website and software for their intended purpose. All other rights are reserved.
10Limitation of liability
Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law.
Otherwise, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss or loss of profit, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product or service that gave rise to it.
Charging time, cost and range figures from our calculator and Find Charger tool are estimates only.
11Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The updated version applies once it is published on this page. Orders we accepted earlier stay subject to the terms in force when we accepted them.
12Governing law
Contracts with our UAE business are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai, and contracts with our Egypt business by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt.
If a disagreement arises, please contact us first so we can try to resolve it in good faith. Otherwise it is for the courts of the relevant country.
