01Who we are
Quikr EV (“Quikr”, “we”, “us”) decides how and why your personal data is used when you use www.quikrev.com, contact us, or buy our products and services. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it and how we protect it.
02What we collect
Depending on how you deal with us, we may collect:
- contact details you give us, such as your name, email address, phone number, company and country
- project details, such as the location of your site, your vehicle, your electrical supply and your parking set-up
- messages, questions, survey requests and quote requests you send us
- account and charging data when you use Quikr CPMS, our apps or the Quikr Network, such as sessions, energy delivered, charger IDs and payment status
- technical data, such as your IP address, device and browser, and the pages you visit
03How we use your data
We use personal data to:
- reply to your enquiries and prepare quotes
- deliver, install, maintain and support our products and services
- run our software and network, and bill for charging
- send service messages, and news or offers if you have asked for them
- keep our website and systems secure, and improve them
- meet our legal and regulatory obligations
04Our legal basis
We handle personal data in line with the UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data and the Egyptian Personal Data Protection Law No. 151 of 2020, where they apply. We do so with your consent, where needed to carry out a contract or a step you asked for, to meet legal obligations, or as otherwise permitted by those laws.
05Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with:
- installers and partners who work on your project
- service providers that host our systems, send email, process payments or support our website, under agreements that require them to protect it
- authorities, when the law requires it
- a buyer or successor, if our business is sold or reorganised
06International transfers
We operate in the UAE and Egypt and use providers in other countries. When your data is sent abroad, we take steps to make sure it stays protected as the law requires.
07Cookies and similar technology
Our website stores a small amount of information in your browser, for example your language choice. We do not use advertising cookies. If we add analytics or marketing tools, we will ask for your consent where required and update this policy.
08How long we keep it
We keep personal data only as long as we need it for the purposes above, including to provide warranty and support and to meet legal, tax and accounting requirements. After that, we delete or anonymise it.

Our website and services are for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18.
